Challenge: Fragmented cultures, inconsistent safety practices, and declining trust and engagement across sites.

Our Approach: Co-created a “One Company” culture aligned to safety and performance; diagnosed current state; ran site-based culture labs; equipped supervisors; and embedded governance to sustain change.

Impact: Increased participation and alignment, improved trust and transparency, and measurable gains in safety, rework reduction, and retention over 18 months.

Project- Designed & Implemented an HSE Academy

Client Context: Regional chemicals and specialty materials manufacturer operating multiple high-hazard sites.

Challenge: Compliance-driven HSE training that did not build capability to anticipate and manage operational risk.

Our Approach: Conducted a learning maturity review; defined role-based HSE capabilities; designed an HSE Academy with governance, learning journeys, and leadership programmes; and built internal delivery and measurement capability.

Impact: Established a consistent capability framework, improved alignment between learning and risk priorities, and strengthened the pipeline of safety-focused supervisors and leaders.
